As PPFL are devoted to serve the best product in this field, PPFL produces flakes made from whole Potatoes using the average size of Potatoes from 1.25 gm to 1.50 gm. Especially for Potato Flakes PPFL uses here principally the Diamond type Potato (Sollanum Tuberosum) and the seeds are imported from Netherlands. More over PPFL doesnot produce flakes that are made from slivers of the French Fries production.
